Soul Repair 360 Winter Session (2024): Virtual

Soul 360 is designed to help people of color and allies restore "muscle memory" for healthy mind-heart functioning.  We offer a restorative method for addressing black fatigue, with access to an intentional community, designed to support ongoing social-emotional well-being.    This work fills a critical gap in the racial equity movement by helping individuals reconcile their personal narrative.

This will entail attending (2) online sessions weekly from Feb 13th - Mar 22nd, on Tuesday and Friday afternoons from 3-5pm
