About the event
Soul 360 is designed to help people of color and allies restore "muscle memory" for healthy mind-heart functioning. We offer a restorative method for addressing black fatigue, with access to an intentional community, designed to support ongoing social-emotional well-being. This work fills a critical gap in the racial equity movement by helping individuals reconcile their personal narrative.
**Special introductory rate for those who register for this first session**
This will entail attending (2) in-person sessions weekly from Oct 9th - Nov 15th, on Monday and Wednesday evenings from 5:30-7:30pm
